The best diet is the one that you’re going to stick with.  If beach body’s Insanity plan works for you, then run with it.  If intermittent fasting is your game-stick with it.  Any diet-Give it more then 2 weeks, heck 3 weeks.  From there, adjust.  Slightly decrease your calories if you’re not losing-but slightly decrease-a 100 calories.  and then take a week to measure the effects.  Just stick with it.  You can do this.  And don’t use just use the scale as a measure.  Take measurements with a tape measure, body caliper, bodypod(if you have access to the facilities), how your clothes feel.  Just stick with it.  And understand that not everyone is perfect.  You’re going to have a meal where you might not eat the way you want.  That’s fine.  Eat it, enjoy it, and get back on the saddle.  You can do this.   And remember-you didn’t gain all this weight instantly, you’re not going to lose it instantly.  Just stick with the plan.
